2. Eligibility & Use of Website:
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce any content without permission.
3. Customization & Artwork Submission:
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all text, images, logos, and design files submitted for engraving. Texas‑Art‑Engraving is not liable for errors, misspellings, low‑quality images, or design issues originating from customer‑submitted artwork.
Texas‑Art‑Engraving reserves the right to refuse engraving requests that include:
Copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization
Offensive, harmful, or illegal content
Designs that may damage equipment or materials. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have full rights or permission to use the content.
4. Intellectual Property:
All website content, product photos, branding, and original designs created by Texas‑Art‑Engraving are protected intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced.
Customer‑submitted artwork remains the property of the customer. Texas‑Art‑Engraving will not use customer designs for marketing without explicit permission.
5. Products & Materials:
Texas‑Art‑Engraving engraves on:
Wood
Tumblers
Metal
Leather
Slate stone
Natural variations in these materials may cause differences in engraving appearance. These variations are normal and not considered defects.
6. Order Process & Production Timeline
Orders begin production only after payment is received and any required design approval is completed. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
Production timelines vary depending on order size, material availability, and complexity. Estimated timelines are provided but not guaranteed.
7. Pricing, Payment & Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping estimates are provided at checkout. Texas‑Art‑Engraving is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is handed to the carrier.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because all engraved items are custom‑made, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements may be offered only in cases of:
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect engraving caused by Texas‑Art‑Engraving
Wrong item shipped
Cancellations are only allowed before production begins.

3. Production Without Proof
If a customer declines a proof or requests immediate production, they accept full responsibility for the final result.
4. Delayed Approval
If a proof is not approved within 3 days, the order may be delayed or canceled.
Shipping Policy

Production time varies based on material, order size, and design complexity. Estimates are not guaranteed.
2. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using the carrier selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier.
3. Shipping Delays
Texas‑Art‑Engraving is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or customs processing.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
Responsibility transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed with the carrier.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.

1. Natural Material Variations
Wood, leather, and slate naturally vary in grain, texture, color, and density. These variations are not defects.
2. Engraving Variations
Engraving results may differ due to material hardness, coating thickness, surface finish, or color tone.
3. Tumblers & Coated Items
Powder‑coated tumblers may show slight differences in engraving brightness or texture.
4. Metal Items
Metal alloys may react differently during engraving, causing minor tone variations.
5. Leather Items
Leather may darken or lighten during engraving. Natural marks or texture differences are normal.
6. Slate Stone
Slate may contain natural fissures or mineral deposits that affect engraving clarity.
7. Customer Use & Care
Texas‑Art‑Engraving is not liable for damage caused by improper cleaning, extreme heat, dropping, chemical cleaners, or dishwasher use.
10. Limitation of Liability
Texas‑Art‑Engraving is not liable for customer design errors, material variations, misuse of products, or shipping delays. Liability is limited to the cost of the order.
11. Warranty
Custom engraved items do not carry a warranty unless explicitly stated.
12. Privacy
Customer information is used solely for order processing, communication, and shipping.
13. Governing Law
